Terms of use

Last updated: October 24, 2026

In short: You use Unicorn Express in good faith, your ideas belong to you, plans are suggestions and not professional advice, and you can leave whenever you want.

These terms govern your use of Unicorn Express (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service, you accept them.

1. The service

Unicorn Express generates project ideas and, on request, 10-step action plans written by an artificial intelligence. Some features are free; others require credits or a Pro subscription, at the prices shown on the Pricing page.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 14 years old, or have a parent's or guardian's consent.
  • The information you provide must be accurate, and you are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
  • One account per person. Creating several accounts to get free credits is prohibited and may lead to the suspension of the accounts involved.

3. What you may not do

  • Use the service to produce illegal, hateful or harassing content, or content that infringes the rights of others.
  • Try to get around limits, payments or anti-abuse measures, or access other people's accounts.
  • Scrape the service in an automated way or resell it without our written consent.

4. Your ideas and plans

What you enter and what is generated for you belongs to you. You only grant us the right to store and process it to run the service. Generated content may resemble someone else's: the AI doesn't guarantee uniqueness.

5. No professional advice

Plans are suggestions to help you think. They don't replace the advice of a professional (legal, financial, medical, safety or other). Always double-check before acting, especially if step 7 asks you to build a lighthouse.

6. Payments and refunds

Prices are in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled, which you can do at any time from the Billing page. Refunds follow our refund policy.

7. Availability and changes

We do our best to keep the service available, but can't guarantee it. We may change the service or these terms; for any significant change, we'll notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect.

8. Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from My account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after notifying you except in cases of serious abuse.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Québec's Consumer Protection Act.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the laws of Canada applicable there. A question? Write to us.
