How do I get a refund?
Unused one-time purchases within 14 days, subscriptions prorated, credits already used aren't refundable.
We'd rather have you happy than refunded, but if things didn't work out between us, here are the rules.
What's refundable
- A one-time purchase (credit pack, unlimited for life) that is unused, within 14 days of purchase.
- A subscription you cancel: the unused portion of the paid period is refunded prorated.
What isn't
- Credits already used (a generated plan is a delivered plan).
- Welcome credits, which were free.
Making the request
Write to us with the subject "Billing" and your account's email. We usually reply within two business days, and the refund shows up on your card within 5 to 10 days.
