Turn on two-factor authentication
A code from your phone on top of your password. Five minutes, once.
Two-factor authentication adds a 6-digit code, generated by an app on your phone, at every sign-in. Even if someone guesses your password, they can't get in.
What you need
An authenticator app: Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, 1Password, Authy or any other TOTP-compatible app.
The steps
- Open My account, Sign-in and security section.
- Under Two-factor authentication, click Set up a new factor.
- Scan the QR code with your app.
- Enter the 6-digit code shown in the app, then name the factor (e.g. "My phone").
Done. Next time you sign in, we'll ask for the code after your password.

Write to us from your account's email: we'll verify your identity before removing the factor.
